Norma Murray is a Harley Street Financial Wellbeing Consultant, Psychotherapist, Author and Life Coach dedicated to helping people thrive financially, emotionally and professionally.

Please note: Norma Cassius is now known as Norma Murray. While her name has changed, her mission and services remain the same.

With over 20 years’ experience in financial services and more than 17 years as a qualified psychotherapist, Norma combines financial expertise with psychological insight to help individuals navigate life’s challenges and transitions with greater confidence.

Her passion for financial wellbeing was shaped by personal experience. As a single mother raising three young children while managing a mortgage and household expenses on a part-time salary, she learned first-hand the importance of financial resilience, planning and making every penny count.

Through education, discipline and determination, Norma transformed her own financial future. She paid off her 25-year mortgage in just ten years, built a seven-figure property portfolio, and established a successful Harley Street private practice supporting clients in the UK and internationally.

Today, Norma works with individuals, professionals, athletes and organisations, helping them improve their relationship with money, build emotional resilience and prepare for major life transitions. She is passionate about supporting female footballers and raising awareness of the connection between financial wellbeing, mental wellbeing and life beyond sport.

As the author of Think Like a Bank, Norma’s mission is simple: to empower people with the knowledge, mindset and practical tools to create a more secure, fulfilling and purpose-driven future.
